Georgie has always been passionate about food, cooking and the adventures that come with it. Growing up in a tropical hinterland with her sisters, days were spent exploring the surrounding mango, pineapple and avocado farmland. This encouraged a love of travelling and experiencing cultures through food.
Keeping her professional and personal projects as varied as her palate, in addition to The Bookery Cook, Georgie works as a freelance digital designer and busies herself in her spare time with DJing. With a degree in interactive design, she’s passionate about design - recognising it as a tool for communication, collaboration and innovation.
A self-confessed ‘better eater than cook’, you’re mostly likely to find her tucking into a big bowl of steamed mussels, collaborating on new projects and dreaming up what her next food- related adventure will be.
