Nazif's Last Hurrah

The bond between a child and a pet is a very special one, especially when that bond continues well into adult life. Artist, writer, curator and Bookery Cook Contributing Artist Tai Snaith recently paid respect to her longtime equine friend in his last few days, with a dress up party.

Tai designed and created a set of colourful and celebratory costumes for Nazif, teaming up with photographer Jo Duck to document the event. The story features in the latest issue (#45) of Frankie Magazine, p. 102. 

At first a little bewildered, Nazif apparently was a natural and loved the attention Below are some images of Tai's costume designs and of Nazif in his handsome adornements - what a sweetheart! 

On the food front, Nazif's favourite food was 'most definitely carrots'.
