Husk & Honey

From New York to Nambour we stumble upon Husk and Honey - a colourful little cafe tucked away in the traditional sugar cane capital of the Sunshine coast. Husk and Honey is 'going against the grain' as a gluten free, grain free cafe run by Tania Hubbart and her husband who released cookbook on the gluten-grain free cuisine last year.
We had some coffees, blueberry smoothie, chia seed seed fruit salad, homemade baked beans & a blt. Definitely worth a visit on a saturday morning away from the touristy spots on the coast.
