March's Featured Artist is Bookery Cook Contributing Artist Mark Lazenby. 

 

Mark’s work is collage and montage based. He has been working as a collage artist, illustrator and graphic designer for over 15 years, exhibiting around the world and had work published by Penguin, Time Magazine, The New York Times, Vogue, The Guardian… to name a few.

A little about my art...
I have always collected and just found I have a connection with paper so it's all come together in collage for me

Favourite place to eat
Any simple honest French restaurant (preferably in France!) Or Shampers off Carnaby Street London

Signature dish
Omelet 

I wish I like but I don't
I like everything

Food peeve
Overpriced stuck up restaurants

Memorable food moment/s
My wife & I cooking pizza while she was having contractions!
Fish by the sea in Egypt
7 course meal that took from lunchtime to well into the evening in France

Favourite ingredient
Steak!
